Steps to Reset a Forgotten Password

Step 1: Go to sso.imperial.edu, enter your @imperial.edu email, and click “Forgot Password.”

Step 2: You’ll be redirected to https://login.microsoftonline.com.
Enter your @imperial.edu email again and click “Forgot my password"

Step 3: You will be redirected once more. Enter your email and
complete the CAPTCHA.

Step 4: To verify your identity, you’ll be asked to confirm the
phone number on your account. Enter the correct number, and
you will receive a verification code by text. Enter that code when
prompted.

Step 5: After verification, you will be prompted to create a new
password. Enter your new password and click Finish.

Success! You have reset your password and should be able to
sign in using it!
