Overview
This guide explains how to clear the cache on popular browsers like Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari on both desktop and mobile. Clearing the cache can resolve issues with outdated content or website errors. It only removes temporary files and cached images, without affecting saved passwords or browsing history unless you choose to delete those as well.

- Open Chrome and tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
- Go to History > Clear browsing data.
- Select the Time range and ensure Cached images and files is checked.
- Tap Clear data.
Microsoft Edge

- Tap the three-dot menu in the bottom-right corner.
- Go to Settings > Privacy and Security.
- Tap Clear browsing data, check Cached images and files, and tap Clear data.

- Select Settings.
- Scroll to Clear Private Data.
- Ensure Cache is checked, then tap Clear Data.

- Click the Privacy tab.
- Click Manage Website Data, then choose Remove All to clear the cache.
