How to Check Priority Registration Schedules

Overview

At Imperial Valley College (IVC), students can access both general and personal priority registration schedules, empowering them to plan ahead and register for classes promptly. To ensure a seamless registration process, follow these steps below.

Steps

General Priority Registration Schedule
Follow these steps to view the General Priority Registration Schedule:

  1. Visit the IVC Website: Go to https:/imperial.edu 
  2. Navigate to the Admissions Tab: Click on “Admissions,” located on the red horizontal navigation bar.
  3. Click on Priority Registration Times: Located on the right-hand side of the screen under the Admissions menu. 
  4. Select your desire Semester: To see an overview of the priority registration schedule. 
     

Your Personal Priority Registration Date and Time 
Follow these steps to view your personal priority registration date and time:

  1. Visit the IVC Website: Go to https:/imperial.edu 
  2. Navigate to the Login Menu: Found on the black horizontal navigation bar. 
  3. Select the WebSTAR tab: Sign in to WebSTAR 
  4. Navigate to the Student Self Service Links: Once logged in to WebSTAR you will see the "Student Self Service Links."
  5. Select the Student Option: Click on the "student" option from the Student Self Service Links menu. 
  6. Check Registration Date/Time: Click on “Check Registration Date/Time.” 
  7. Review Your Registration Date and Time: Your priority registration date and time will be displayed.
