Maintenance and Operations

The Facilities/Maintenance & Operations Department is located in the 1800 Building (Between 3100 Building and the Tennis Courts).

The Facilities/Maintenance & Operations Department oversees and manages construction, reconstruction and/or rehabilitation of facilities, including the furnishing and equipping of its facilities, and acquisition, for its facilities.

The Facilities/Maintenance & Operations Department also provides support in vehicle/equipment, maintenance & HVAC, custodial, and grounds services.

If there are any issues which permits the continuance of existing college classes, use of a facilities, including class or events; or to avoid danger to life or property, please call/message our front administrative team.

Student Equity and Acheivement

The Student Equity & Achievement Program (SEA) is Imperial Valley College's hub for matriculation and equity, ensuring a smooth and equitable transition to college and maintained support for all students throughout their journey at IVC. We validate that many historically underrepresented students face disproportionate barriers to academic success and we are dedicated to removing those barriers. The SEA team will be some of the first friendly faces you meet, whether it's at your local high school, on zoom, or within your transition back to college. We serve all students and take pride in advocating for our students who identify as LGBTQIA+, Black or African American, Veteran, Disabled, Foster Youth, Homeless, Formerly Incarcerated, and Student-Athletes.

Student Health Services

We are located in building 1536. Appointments for health clearance packets and physicals for IVC approved programs are available in person by appointment. Mental health counseling appointments are available in person, via zoom, or via phone call - students have the option to choose whichever they prefer. The campus nurse will be available by walk-in/call-in in the event that there is a medical emergency on campus.
