1. Go to sso.imperial.edu and login to your account.
Please note, this is how it looks when you login for the first time.
2. Enter an additional email address.
3. Enter the One Time Passcode (OTP) sent to the email previously provided.
4. Optional: Enter your phone number.
5. Enter the One Time Passcode (OTP) sent to your phone.
This is the message you will see when you successfully complete the Self-Service Action.
If it is not your first time logging in and you want to change you Multi-Factor Authenticator so you can use the Mobile Authenticator App instead, follow these steps. Please note that this is the preferred method.
1. Go to sso.imperial.edu, then login. In the top right corner of your screen you will see your email, click the arrow pointing down and then click Edit Profile.
2. Select the Mobile Authenticator option.
3. Download the Mobile Authenticator App on your phone.
4. Once the app is installed on your phone, use the mobile app to scan the QR code that is provided on your screen. Then enter the One Time Passcode the app provides you and hit continue.
This is the message you will see when you have successfully enabled Mobile Authenticator.
Under Multi-Factor Delivery Methods you can change the delivery method to one of the options provided which are: Phone, Email, Mobile Authenticator.
