Canon Copiers Support: Please attempt to reboot the machine first before trying anything else (this fixes the majority of the issues at the machine, which primarily occur due to an issue with PaperCut's ability to communicate with the copier). If rebooting doesn't help and the issue is more serious (a serious jam or other complicated issue) please contact Canon Support directly by scanning the QR Code or dialing 1-800-355-1385 and providing your 8-Character Serial Number from the top of the copier.
Canon Copier Supplies: Please contact Canon for replacement Toner and Finisher supplies (staples, etc.). They can be reached by scanning the QR Code on the copier or calling 1-800-355-1390 and providing the 8-Character Serial Number from the top of the copier
Kyocera Printers: Please call AM Copiers directly if you have any general issues with the printers or need your toner replaced and they will be happy to assist you. You may reach AM Copiers by calling 760-352-6007.

Printer Driver Installation: Did you just move to a new PC/location and your normal printers are no longer available to you? If you know the name of the copier/printer you want to add, you can add them yourself by opening the start menu on your computer and typing \\PRINTSERVER. Once you hit enter a window will open with a full list of available printers and copiers to add. If you are still having issues, then this is where you can submit a ticket to get assistance. Please make sure to include the serial number of the printer if possible. You can submit a ticket here.
