1. Navigate to Imperial.edu.

2. Hover over the Login tab.

3. Click on WebSTAR.

4. Enter your credentials.

5. Under Employee Self Service Links click on the Faculty button.

6. Under Faculty Services, click on the Drop Roster button.

7. Filter by semester and search for the roster where the student you want to drop is listed. Then click on “Click Here” (It may not look like a link, but it is).

8. Select the student you want to drop by checking the box next to their name. Then, under the Action tab, select “Instructor Drop Prior Census” and click Submit.

9. Verify that the student you selected is correct. If everything is accurate, click the Confirm button.

You should then see two green rectangles in the top right corner of your screen, indicating that you have successfully dropped the student.
