How to Access Add Codes for a CRN

Steps

  • Step 1: Go to https://sso.imperial.edu/

  • Step 2: Click on WebSTAR  

    • Once you are logged in to the sso.imperial.edu, find and click on the WebSTAR link.

  • Step 3: Select the Faculty option  

    • In the Employee Self-Service menu, choose the faculty option.

  • Step 4: Navigate to Master Roster Access (via Argos)  

    • Look for the Master Roster Access section and access it through Argos.

  • Step 5: Populate the needed fields   

    • Fill in the required fields to pull up the desired class. This includes: 
      • Select a Term
      • Filters: by Instructor, by CRN or by Division (if needed)
    • Sort Order: for example (Last Name, First Name)

  • Step 6: Click Create Roster
    • After entering the necessary information, click on the Create Roster button. 

       
  • Step 7:  Print or Save as PDF 
    • You will have the option to print the roster or save it as a PDF.​​

  • These codes are generated by the Admissions and Records Office, typically the Friday before the start of the term.
