CCCApply Student Registration Application Issue

1. Apply Online at OpenCCCApply:

   • To get started, apply online at OpenCCCApply. You’ll need an email address to create an account.
   • After submitting your application, you’ll receive your IVC ID (G#) and information about your admission status. If you have any questions, feel free to contact CCCapply at (877) 247-4836.
   • Once your application is accepted, you’ll receive your IVC Student ID (G) number via email within an hour or so. For further assistance, reach out to the Admissions & Records Department at (760) 355-6101.

2. See a Counselor for Placement:

   • The placement of students into English and Math courses is determined based on various factors, including high school coursework, grades, and GPA.
   • If you don’t have access to high school records or studied outside the United States, guided self-placement and self-reported high school GPA will be used. Make sure to see a counselor for guidance. Contact Hector L. Lopez at the Student Services Center, Building 100, by calling (760) 355-6543.

3. Complete the Online Orientation:

   • Take the online orientation. Input your first name, last name, student ID, and current term. Remember not to enter as a guest.

4. Create Your Education Plan:

   • You can complete an abbreviated education plan online or schedule a counseling appointment for an abbreviated or comprehensive student educational plan. Contact the Student Services Center (Building 100) at (760) 355-6543 for appointments or questions.

5. Apply for Financial Aid:

   • Apply online for financial aid by completing the FAFSA at www.fafsa.gov.
   • AB 540 students can apply for Cal Grants and fee waivers at www.dream.csac.ca.gov.
   • Check your WebSTAR account for messages or unsatisfied requirements. If eligible, accept your terms and conditions in WebSTAR before funds are disbursed via debit card or direct deposit. For financial aid inquiries, contact the Financial Aid office (Building 1700) at (760) 355-6266.

6. Register for Classes:

   • Log in to your account and register for classes.
   • Pay your enrollment, health, and parking fees through WebSTAR. Explore payment options. For fee-related questions, contact the Business office (Building 10) at (760) 355-6478.

7. Get Your Books:

   • Purchase your textbooks at the IVC Bookstore or online at IVC Bookstore.
