Account Password Reset

***NOTE: IF YOU HAVE NOT SET UP YOUR ACCOUNT IN PORTALGUARD FIRST, PLEASE CLICK HERE FOR INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO DO SO***

  1. If you have locked out your account or have forgotten your password, please visit the IVC Portalguard Page.
  2. Once there, you can click on Forgot Password?

3. You will next be prompted to enter your IVC e-mail so that you can view the options currently available to you. Please enter your e-mail nd click continue.

4. You will next be show the End-User Self Service screen. Here your e-mail address will be show and you can select the option to Reset Forgotten Password.

5. Once you have selected Reset Forgotten Password, a One Time Passcode (OTP) will be emailed to a backup e-mail you selected during the Portalguard setup of your account. This e-mail can sometimes be sent to the Junk folder in your e-mail, so if you do not see it in your inbox please check there as well. Once you have the OTP enter it in the prompt and select Continue.

6. Once you have correctly entered the OTP, you will finally be prompted to enter a new password. Please make sure to follow the Password Complexity Rules. Enter your password a second time to confirm and select continue. You have now successfully reset your password.
